Who We Are

Although Eight Eleven Foundation Inc. serves as the charitable arm of Eight Eleven Group, a limited liability company headquartered in Indianapolis, Indiana, the two organizations are separate entities and will operate as such. As a separate entity, the Eight Eleven Foundation will freely pursue its philanthropic initiatives without consideration of the financial motives or obligations of Eight Eleven Group, LLC, and its subsidiaries. The foundation will, however, aim to follow the same core values of the Eight Eleven Group; Family, Opportunity, Passion, Service, Grit, and Innovation, in its efforts to strengthen the communities it serves. Our hope is to spearhead the collaboration of businesses, individuals, and other charitable organizations in identifying and targeting civic needs.

The Eight Eleven Foundation Board

Carlie Oakley
President

As President of the Eight Eleven Foundation, Carlie Oakley’s lifelong passion for service has blossomed into her leading the charge for Eight Eleven’s community involvement. Being a strong advocate for both the People of Eight Eleven, and the communities we serve, it was Oakley’s vision that led to the creation of the Eight Eleven Foundation. With over 21 years of experience in Marketing and Brand Management, Carlie is well equipped for whatever challenges may come her way.

Paige Grumme
Secretary

Paige Grumme’s previous work with Susan G. Komen of Central Indiana and the Eight Eleven Group make her the ideal candidate for the role of Secretary. By calling on this administrative experience, Paige is excited to pair her lifelong passion for philanthropic initiatives with her natural ability to bring structure and communication to the large organizations she serves. As the founding Secretary, it will be Paige’s responsibility to establish and uphold the precedences that will govern the organization for years to come.

Jeremy Hunt
Treasurer

Jeremy Hunt has always been drawn to service, and thanks his parents for instilling the values of doing right by others, leaving things better than they were found, and having an awareness that the whole is greater than the individual. As the inaugural Treasurer, Hunt plans to call on his previous experience overseeing complex operations to ensure the proper management and distribution of the foundation’s funds. Although it is the opportunity for building relationships in the community and partnering with other passionate organizations that most excites Jeremy for the role.

Mike Scott
Board Member

One of Mike Scott’s biggest internal motivators is impact; more specifically the ability to make a positive impact within our communities and instill true change through our work. It is for this reason that Mike is excited to be on the ground floor of something new that will be making an impact both inside and outside the walls of Eight Eleven Group. As a Board Member, he is most looking forward to working with a diverse group of leaders that are equally motivated to work towards a unified mission.

Robert Bauscher
Board Member

As a founding member, Robert Bauscher sees his role with the Eight Eleven Foundation as a chance to give back to the people and organizations that have given him so much, including those in and out of the Eight Eleven Family. Robert’s 15+ years of management and building organizations will serve as a valuable asset for the foundation. After tragically losing two members of the Eight Eleven Family in 2022, Bauscher is most looking forward to being able to provide emotional and financial support to the families of the loved ones we have lost as well as those in the future, who need the foundation’s assistance.

Allison Russo
Board Member

Although Allison Russo has always been passionate about giving back to others, having worked with organizations like Connect Thru Cancer and Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS), she believes that the Eight Eleven Foundation will provide her with a better platform to accomplish more. There have been many moments these past couple of years where Allison has wanted to aid those in need but felt helpless to do so. As a Board Member, she will be a part of the process in deciding who and how the foundation gives its support. However, what excites her the most is the thought of looking back, 10 years from now, on all the changes and impacts the foundation will have brought to both the People of Eight Eleven and the communities we serve.

Erica Turco
Board Member

Erica Turco is proud to be taking the next step in her philanthropic involvement by assisting in growing the foundation. As a Board Member, Erica plans to call upon the knowledge and best practices she has gained from her time working alongside StacheStrong, a New York based non-profit for brain cancer research. Ultimately, it is the ability to support a wide range of causes and individuals that excites Erica the most about her time with the Eight Eleven Foundation.

Nate Browning
Board Member

Much of Nate Browning’s personal and professional motivation comes from making an impact and creating opportunity for others. It is for this reason that he jumped at the chance to be a founding member of the Eight Eleven Foundation. Thanks to his experience working with other non-profits like Camptown, Inc. and Indiana Invaders, Nate understands that being involved in the community is such an important part of the early stages of the foundation. He is excited to call upon his experience and assist the foundation in any way he can.
